Man Robs Georgia Bank Disguised As Madea

McDonough police say a wig-wearing man robbed the Chase bank on Jonesboro Road Monday.

Officers say surveillance video captured the 6-foot-tall sender male suspect disguised as a woman wearing a floral dress, white sneakers, orange latex gloves, a white wig, and a black neck gator-like face mask.

“The suspect entered the bank and presented a note demanding money. The suspect told the teller he had a gun. After receiving the money, he left the bank,” authorities said.

The suspect was last seen fleeing from the bank in a newer model white SUV, possibly a Lexus.

Authorities have yet to identify a license plate number, or the amount of money taken, as the investigation is ongoing.
