Considerate Thief Mows Homeowners Lawn

Police are looking for a Texas man who burglarized a home and fled with a lawnmower but not before mowing the homeowner’s yard, according to the Port Arthur Police Department. Security footage caught the suspect dragging out the lawnmower and then filling it up with gas to cut the grass. 

Port Arthur Police Department posted on its Facebook asking followers for information on the whereabouts of the suspect, who has been identified as Marcus Hubbard, in the security video.

Hubbard mowed the homeowner’s front and back yard before officers arrived at the scene. Police stated he fled, dragging the lawnmower with him. Hubbard abandoned the lawnmower in an alley and evaded apprehension, according to the Port Arthur Police Department. 

Hubbard has an outstanding warrant for Burglary of a Building.
